To ensure they receive the most insightful and supportive experience, we have a Client Support Assistant who prepares them for their session, answers their questions, and provides a reassuring presence throughout their journey.
This role is essential in ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and deeply connected to the process, making their experience as impactful as possible.
Role Overview
The Client Support Assistant plays a crucial role in guiding clients through their Palm Leaf Reading, ensuring they are well-prepared and fully understand the process. This involves professional communication, compassionate support, and clear explanations of the readings. Given the personal and transformative nature of these sessions, the ideal candidate is client-focused, spiritually open, and skilled in creating a positive, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the Palm Leaf Reading process, ensuring they are well-prepared.
- Help clients understand the Readers' Indian accents and ensure key messages are clearly conveyed.
- Provide clarity, professionalism, and compassionate support before, during, and after readings.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in client interactions.
- Act as a bridge between clients and the Readers in India, facilitating smooth and meaningful sessions.
- Address client questions and ensure they receive a deep, fulfilling experience.
Work Hours & Training
Appointments typically take place between:
5:30 AM – 9:30 AM PST
6:00 PM – 10:00 PM PST
Participation in a structured training program is required to develop the necessary tools and understanding of Palm Leaf Readings.
Training duration will depend on the candidate’s readiness to work independently.
Ideal Candidate
Fluent English speaker with a North American accent.
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex spiritual concepts.
A compassionate, client-oriented professional with an understanding of personal transformation and spiritual growth.
Ability to hold space for meaningful conversations and provide emotional support if needed.
Background in life coaching, therapy, counseling, or holistic wellness is a strong advantage.
Strong sense of confidentiality, professionalism, and respect for client privacy.
Genuine openness to Palm Leaf Readings and a passion for helping people on their journeys.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable handling sensitive conversations.
Strong organizational skills and proficiency in online communication tools (Zoom, email, scheduling apps).
Compensation & Growth Opportunities
This is a contractor position, not an employee role.
Compensation is per appointment, with paid training and a starting salary that increases upon successful completion of training.
